Almabase is a SaaS startup that helps US Educational Institutions improve their alumni participation. I'm currenty Director of Partnerships at Almabase and my work involves educating US ed. institutions about Almabase, figuring out a scope of partnership and making that happen.
The Godmothers is a project to encourage and equip promising women to attain their fullest potential.
We give scholarships to young women and create useful content.

Given my fervour for diversity causes and initiatives, I currently run the Women in Tech Learning Program - a 4 week learning program for female engineering students, designed to equip them to leverage the various Women in Tech opportunities. This program happens to be the first of it's kind and is working out phenomenally well so far!
We've also been able to partner with AnitaB.Org and the Muthoot Foundation in offering the top 10 performers of the program with a GHCI Scholarship amounting to INR 1 Lakh.
There are a number of excellent opportunities for students of technology that provide financial aid/mentorship/industry connect for them to excel in their career. Most of our students do not apply to these programs NOT because:
1. They are not aware about these opportunities.
2. They do not know how to go about the application process.
3. They don't believe that they can get selected.
Through the Opportunity Project at Rethink, we curate good opportunities, ensure that our youngsters are aware that such opportunities exist and work with them by offering information, capacity building and guidance. Our objective is to ensure that more and more of our students/youth are able to take advantage of these opportunities.
In the last once year, we've created this wikipedia of opportunities and built our a community with over 7000 students across India.

Sharon and I, both early career professionals from India travel to Singapore to explore World Class Universities in house. The universities we're visiting are in our watchlist for higher studies and this trip is part of our research.
Led a project for AnitaB India in building a google assistant app for GHCI'18, Asia's Largest Women in Tech Conference. Our remote team of 6 female engineering students built and launched an assistant app for GHCI'18 answering over 200 questions in 50 days. The chatbot was also declared as the official bot of the conference!
Built a chatbot that answers questions about the GHCI Student Schoalrship. The bot was one of the top 12 actions selected by Google in 2018.
Women Entreprenuership Quest is AnitaB India's flagship program in association with Department of Science and Technology, India to identify top 10 women entrepreneurs from India. As a part of the project, I overlooked end to end Program Management from outreach, curation of selection process, communication to partnerships by working closely with WEQ Project Consultant and AnitaB India.
Assisted Sijo Kuruvilla George in running the Entrepreneurship 101 course for XIME Kochi students. Conducted workshops and office hours for the MBA class of 2018 to prototype their chat bot product ideas using DialogFlow. All 77 students of the class successfully published their action to the Google Assistant store
Developed and Led a tech community of 1000 women in Cochin from ground up. Was responsible for end-to-end program management including Registrations, Event planning, Shipment procurement and Attendee Happiness. Collaborated with Developer Relations team at Google India in organising 50+ monthly meet-ups and 12+ flagship events.
I was one of the 450 youngsters selected froma cross the world to attend Jagriti Yatra. I ran an independent crowdfunding campaign to raise money to attend the Yatra - Raised INR 68650 in 5 days from 52 backers.
Creating a tool that reminds the user to start preparing for an opportunity application, start applying and submit the application. Created the prototype for a Google sheets add-on that allows the user to compile opportunities they wish to apply to and receive timely reminders until completion of the opportunity deadline
